Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made between Maha Sauna and the undersigned customer. By using our services you adhere to our Agreement, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions related to the use of the sauna, and hot and cold therapy services provided by the Company.

Assumption of Risk
The Customer acknowledges and understands that the use of the sauna, hot and cold therapy, and related services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, dehydration, slips, falls, allergic reactions, and aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions. The Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities.

Medical Disclaimer
The Company does not provide medical advice. Sauna, hot and cold therapy services are not substitutes for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. The Customer is strongly advised to consult with a physician before engaging in any such activities, especially if they have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking any medications.

Customer’s Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
Follow all instructions provided by Company staff.
Refrain from using the facilities if they have any contagious diseases, open wounds, or any condition that could pose a risk to themselves or others.
Inform Company staff of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely use the facilities.
Hydrate adequately before and after using the sauna and cold therapy services.

Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to waive any and all claims, whether known or unknown, against the Company, its owners, employees, and agents for personal injury, death, property damage, or any other loss or damages arising from the use of the sauna, hot and cold therapy services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from their use of the facilities or violation of these terms and conditions.

Release of Liability for Personal Property
The Customer agrees that the Company is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property brought into the facilities, including but not limited to clothing, jewelry, and electronic devices.

Limitations of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the facilities, services, or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Safety Acknowledgment
The Customer agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided by the Company and understands that failure to do so may result in injury or other harm. The Customer agrees not to use the facilities while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Age Restrictions
Customers under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the facilities. The parent or guardian must sign this Agreement on behalf of the minor.

Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any behaviour deemed inappropriate or unsafe by the Company.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
